Insurance liability
(1) Fire and explosion;
(2) Lightning stroke, rainstorm, flood, typhoon, storm, tornado, snowstorm, hail, ice, debris flow, cliff collapse, sudden landslide, ground subsidence;
(3) Falling of flying objects and other objects in the air.
The insurer shall also be liable for the following losses of the subject-matter insured:
(1) The insured's own power supply, water supply and gas supply equipment with property ownership is damaged due to the insured accident, resulting in power failure, water and gas interruption, resulting in direct loss of the subject-matter insured;
(2) In the event of an insured accident, take reasonable and necessary measures to rescue the subject-matter insured or prevent the spread of the disaster, resulting in the loss of the subject-matter insured.
After the occurrence of an insured accident, the insurer shall bear the necessary and reasonable expenses paid by the insured to prevent or reduce the loss of the subject-matter insured.
Exemption from liability
(1) Intentional or gross negligence of the applicant, the insured and their representatives;
(2) Administrative or judicial acts;
(3) War, similar acts of war, hostilities, military action, armed conflict, strike, riot, insurrection, coup, rebellion and terrorist activities;
(4) Earthquake, tsunami and their secondary disasters;
(5) Nuclear radiation, nuclear fission, nuclear fusion, nuclear pollution and other radioactive pollution;
(6) Air pollution, land pollution, water pollution and other non radioactive pollution, except for non radioactive pollution caused by insurance accidents;
(7) Inherent or potential defects, natural wear and tear, natural loss of the subject-matter insured, changes in atmosphere (climate or temperature), changes in normal water level or other gradual changes, changes in the substance itself, mildew, dampness, rat bite, moth eaten, bird pecking, oxidation, corrosion, leakage, spontaneous combustion and baking;
(8) Burst of water tank and water pipe;
(9) Theft and robbery.
Article 9 the insurer shall not be liable for the following losses and expenses:
(1) The subject-matter insured suffers various indirect losses caused by the insured accident;
(2) Losses caused by lightning stroke, rainstorm, flood, storm, tornado, hail, typhoon, hurricane, Blizzard, ice cream and sandstorm of external auxiliary facilities of buildings such as billboards, antennas, neon lights, solar devices, insurance objects stored in the open air or inside simple buildings and simple buildings themselves;
(3) Boiler and pressure vessel explosion causes its own loss;
(4) The deductible specified in this insurance contract or calculated according to the deductible ratio specified in this insurance contract.
