Insurance liability

During the insurance period, the insurer shall be liable for the loss of the insured property caused by the following reasons:
(1) Fire and explosion;
(2) Lightning strike, typhoon, storm, rainstorm, tornado, flood, snowstorm, hail, ice, debris flow, cliff collapse, sudden landslide and sudden ground collapse;
(3) Falling of flying objects or flying objects;
(4) Collapse of buildings or other fixed objects not owned by the insured.
In the event of an insured accident, the insurer shall also be liable for the loss of the insured property caused by taking reasonable and necessary measures to rescue the insured property or prevent the spread of the disaster.
In the event of an insured accident, the insurer shall also be liable for the necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by the insured for taking necessary rescue and protection measures to prevent or reduce the loss of the insured property, but the amount of compensation for the rescue expenses of each property shall be limited to its insured amount.

Exemption from liability

The insurer shall not be liable for compensation under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Before the occurrence of the insured accident, the insured property was left unattended for more than 60 consecutive days;
(2) The insured property is illegally occupied or held.
The insurer shall not be liable for the loss of the insured property due to the following reasons:
(1) Poor workmanship, raw material defects, design errors, exploration responsibilities or construction quality problems;
(2) Deterioration, mildew, damp, insect bite, spontaneous combustion or natural loss of the insured property;
(3) Damage of household appliances due to improper use, overvoltage, short circuit, arc, leakage, self heating or internal defects;
(4) Illegal acts, criminal acts, intentional acts or domestic violence of the applicant, the insured or their family members;
(5) Gross negligence of the applicant, the insured or their family members;
(6) Changing the structure of the house without permission;
(7) Collapse of illegally built buildings or facilities and dangerous buildings;
(8) Confiscation, requisition, destruction or destruction by government flood discharge, flood storage or other administrative orders or any lawful authority;
(9) Wars, military operations, armed conflicts, terrorist activities, strikes, riots;
(10) Nuclear explosion;
(11) Radioactive pollution and other environmental pollution;
(12) Other natural disasters except lightning strike, typhoon, storm, rainstorm, tornado, flood, snowstorm, hail, ice, debris flow, cliff collapse, sudden landslide and sudden ground collapse;
(13) Debris flow, cliff collapse, sudden landslide, sudden ground collapse and other secondary disasters caused by earthquake.
The insurer shall not be liable for the following losses and expenses:
(1) When the insured acts as the agent custodian or lessee of the insured property, the liability for compensation exempted by law or in accordance with the contract;
(2) Any mental loss or indirect loss caused by the insured accident.
Article 10 the insurer shall not be liable for other losses and expenses that are not within the scope of insurance liability under this contract.
