Insurance liability

Material loss insurance
During the insurance period, the insurer shall be liable for the material damage or loss (hereinafter referred to as "loss") caused by any natural disaster or accident other than the exemption of liability under the insurance contract within the scope of the listed construction site of the insured property itemized in the insurance contract.
During the insurance period, the insurer shall be liable for the following expenses incurred due to the loss of the subject-matter insured due to the occurrence of Article 5 insurance liability accident in accordance with the provisions of this insurance contract:
(1) After the occurrence of an insured accident, the insurer shall also be liable for the necessary and reasonable expenses paid by the insured to prevent or reduce the loss of the subject-matter insured in accordance with the provisions of this insurance contract.
(2) The insurer shall be responsible for compensating other relevant expenses listed in the insurance contract due to the above losses in accordance with the insurance contract.

Third party liability insurance

During the insurance period, the insurer shall be responsible for the economic compensation liability borne by the insured according to law due to the personal injury, disease or property loss of a third party in the construction site and adjacent areas caused by an accident directly related to the project covered by this insurance contract.
After the occurrence of this insurance accident, if the insured is brought for arbitration or litigation due to the insurance accident, the insurer shall also be liable for compensation in accordance with the provisions of this insurance contract with the written consent of the insurer for the arbitration or litigation expenses and other necessary and reasonable expenses (hereinafter referred to as "legal expenses") paid by the insured.
Exemption from liability
Material loss insurance
The insurer shall not be liable for the losses and expenses caused by the following reasons:
(1) The loss of the insured property itself caused by wrong design, defects in casting or raw materials or poor workmanship, as well as the expenses paid for replacing, repairing or correcting these defects and errors;
(2) Losses and expenses of the insured property caused by natural wear and tear, internal or potential defects, change of the material itself, spontaneous combustion, self heating, oxidation, corrosion, leakage, rat bite, insect moth, change of atmosphere (climate or temperature), change of normal water level or other gradual reasons;
(3) Loss of electrical equipment or appliances due to overload, overvoltage, line collision, arc, electric leakage, short circuit, atmospheric discharge and other electrical reasons;
(4) The loss caused by the failure of construction machinery, equipment and mechanical devices.
The insurer shall not be liable for the following losses and expenses:
(1) The cost of maintenance or normal overhaul;
(2) Loss of files, documents, account books, bills, cash, various securities, charts and packaging materials;
(3) Shortage found during inventory;
(4) Loss of vehicles, ships and aircraft with a public transport license or covered by other insurance;
(5) Unless otherwise agreed, the loss of property belonging to the insured within or around the construction site that has existed or formed before the commencement of the insured project;
(6) Unless otherwise agreed, before the termination of the insurance period of this insurance contract, the loss of the part of the insured property that has been issued with the completion acceptance certificate or passed the acceptance or actually occupied, used or received by the project owner.
Third party liability insurance
The insurer shall not be liable for the following losses and expenses:
(1) Losses and various expenses under the material loss of this insurance contract or which should be liable under this insurance contract;
(2) Personal injury, death or illness of the project owner, contractor or other related parties or their employees, workers and family members engaged in work related to the project on the site;
(3) Loss of property owned by or under the care and control of the project owner, contractor or other related parties or their employees and workers;
(4) Accidents caused by vehicles, ships and aircraft with public transport driving licenses;
(5) The contract liability that the insured should bear, but the legal liability that should still be borne by the insured when there is no contract is not limited to this.
