Insurance liability
During the insurance period, the insurer shall be liable for the direct loss of the insured property caused by the following reasons:
(1) Fire and explosion;
(2) Storm, rainstorm, typhoon, flood, lightning strike, debris flow, snow disaster, hail disaster, ice cream, tornado, cliff collapse, sudden landslide and sudden ground collapse;
(3) Falling of flying objects and collapse of foreign buildings and other fixed objects not owned or used by the insured.
In the event of an insured accident, the insurer shall also be liable for the loss of the insured property caused by taking reasonable and necessary measures to rescue the insured property or prevent the expansion of the disaster.
In the event of an insured accident, the reasonable and necessary expenses paid by the insured to prevent or reduce the loss of the insured property shall be borne by the insurer. The expense is limited to the insured amount.
Exemption from liability
The company shall not be liable for the loss of the insured property due to the following reasons:
(1) War, similar acts of war, military action, armed conflict, strike, riot and civil commotion;
(2) Nuclear radiation or contamination;
(3) Administrative act or law enforcement act;
(4) Earthquake or secondary cause of earthquake;
(5) Intentional acts of the insured or his family members;
(6) The insured changes the house structure without authorization;
(7) Other reasons not covered by this insurance.
The company shall not be liable for the following losses and expenses of the insured:
(1) Losses and expenses of the insured property due to design errors, defects in raw materials, poor workmanship, building settlement and other reasons, as well as natural wear and tear and normal maintenance;
(2) The insured property suffers various indirect losses caused by the insured accident;
(3) Other losses and expenses not covered by this insurance.
